| Regularly Scheduled
SFSR trips run with your chartered coach(es) attached to other
passenger coaches. The Regularly Scheduled SFSR train will
take on and drop off freight as needed during these runs, but
not on a Private Run. Locomotive fee of $800 applies to Private Run.
A cleaning charge of $50 is included for each chartered car.
The actual cleaning charge will depend upon the cleanliness
of the car after the charter run is completed.
Base rate includes:
Adequate SFSR car attendant staff and operating crew.
Maximum of one hour for setup and passenger boarding, and
two hours of passenger unloading and cleanup.
Five hours of running time for the round trip to Lamy or an
offsite
location along the Railway right-of-way.
Additional charges:
Additional running time requiring crew for one chartered car
is
$150 per hour; for two chartered cars $175 per hour; for three
chartered cars, $200 per hour (applies to longer than normal
layovers in
Lamy as well)
Bartenders are $20.00 per hour; 6-hour minimum
$300 administration fee for reservation bookings
$500 surcharge imposed to supercede scheduled train for a
charter run
$300 surcharge
for use of outside caterer
$200 fee to set
up passenger car for table service
$100 Lamy Dining Car donation to Lamy Railroad and History Museum
$50 cleaning fee per car for "potluck" style or own
meals onboard
Standing charter will be charged at 70% of list price

These prices do
not include tax. Tax will be added to all charges unless a tax
free certificate is provided by the customer. Reservations will
be confirmed upon receipt of 1/2 nonrefundable deposit. Balance
is due two weeks before date of charter. All Prices subject
to change. All equipment subject to change. SFSR has no control
over equipment failure and will not be held responsible if equipment
cannot run.
