School Groups

Every year Santa Fe Southern trains host numerous school groups from all over the state. Informational and just plain fun, the children (and adults!) learn about the history of the railroad in New Mexico and in particular, about the tracks and equipment which link Santa Fe to the "main line" 18-miles south.

Special scheduling is required to book a school group. Please call our office staff for more information at 888-989-8600, or e-mail us at: depot@sfsr.com

The Santa Fe Southern School Group Worksheet is available online. If wish to pre-fill out the worksheet or simply take a look at the requirements for booking a school group, CLICK HERE (requires Adobe Acrobat).

Once you've printed out the worksheet, fill out the top half of the form, and fax it to the Depot in Santa Fe: 505/983-7620. We will work with you to ensure your school trip is a success!
